Our company recently transitioned from ESC to Field Edge with QuickBooks accounting and Austin Smith has been extremely helpful during this transition. He is easy to work with and takes the time to understand our questions and needs. He is always friendly and easy to talk to. He responds quickly to our questions and sends helpful links to recap what we go over. It has beeen a pleasure working with Austin so far.

We have been using FieldEdge for a short time now, and because of Austin being so helpful with any and all of our questions the transition process has been fairly easy so far. Great Customer Support
We started using FieldEdge the end of April. It was a rough transition. However, the support we have received through it all has been tremendous. I love the chat option for a quick answer. Our CSM has been critical in advising us of best practices and guiding us to get as much out of the software as we can. Most of our employees are completely onboard at this time and appreciate how this tool helps them to do their job better.

Exemplary Customer Service
The distinguishing feature of Field Edge is the exemplary customer service, specifically of our Customer Success Manager, Lyuda Rogers. She is aware of and keeps on top of the way we use their service; she offers suggestions and training to help us get the most out of the program. Lyuda quickly responds to requests and is always kind and efficient. Also, she is vivacious and always willing to help. If I could designate her "Customer Success Manager of the Century," I would.

The company I work for has been using…
The company I work for has been using Field Edge for almost a year now, and so far we really like it. Before Field Edge we used ESC which was not a paperless software and the transition to paperless has been so easy. Our main contact for support is Lyuda and SHE IS AWESOME! She is so friendly and personable and really explains things in a way we all understand.

We have been using FieldEdge for just under a year now.It has made a world of difference in the rate at which we can invoice customers. The onboarding team was amazing and our customer success manager Lyuda Rogers has been super helpful and responsive anytime we have had an issue

Great Customer Support
I heard about FieldEdge from a fellow locksmith. Based off of his recommendation along with another locksmith, we decided to jump in and try it. It's a process (as with any large install) to get everything set up, but I have to say that the customer support has been excellent. Lyuda responds to any questions I may have immediately with often a follow up to make sure things are running smoothly.
