Very convenient and great providers
What do you like best? How quickly quality providers can be found for assignments. We can post and have a provider assigned within a few hours typically. What do you dislike? The percentage taken out of technician pay. This does make technicians want to charge us more for their assessments. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use
What do you like best? I like the platform's ease of use and ability to let me easily view the information on who I'm hiring. What do you dislike? So far I have no complaints but that's not saying turbulent change in the future. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes the site does run a bit slow but its good overall What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It is easy to use Field Nation. Everything from creating work orders to paying the people we've contracted. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is if I have to unpublish a work order for any reason I loose the people that have already applied for it. They have to reapply/put their bid in. What do you like best? I use Field Nation to find techs in the area where I need them and to pay them for their services. What do you dislike? Sometimes it gets a little overwhelming and can't find the tech I am looking for even though I know who they are. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used to find tech installers all over. Very helpful

Field nation team is always on top of things when problems are reported.
What do you like best? Team is quick to assists with various problems. What do you dislike? One thing I would like to be added is a mandatory appointment window being submitted by a provider requesting a job. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
