What do you like best? I like the ability to schedule technicians basically anywhere, even on short notice. What do you dislike? My concern is that when we have blocked a technician for being scheduled by our organization, he or she still appears and is being scheduled. This is a last resort and we would only do this with a valid reason. What do you like best? I love the fact that I can message the techs if I need something. Having the deliverables almost instantaneously is awesome as well because if there is an issue it can be addressed quickly. The process of approving everything is quick and efficient. What do you like best? I love the support from Field Nation's when comes to anything that I need assistance with. What do you dislike? I dislike the techs that say they are going to complete a work request and not response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to keep my customers satisfied and them aware of deliveries of their products. The benefits I've realized are the experienced techs and availability.

A great platform to find contractors
What do you like best? Ease of use and the ability to find qualified contractors. What do you dislike? Other than the occasional glitch that happens with all platforms, no complaints Recommendations to others considering the product: Good platform to find and dispatch contractors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use field nation to locate and assign emergency field service for Quick Serve Restaurants

What do you like best? I enjoy that it's easy to find work with qualified contractors on a moments notice. What do you dislike? I feel like some of the GUI could be worked on, its clean but sometimes its confusing to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When a client needs work and we don't have any techs in the area, we use field nation to get the work done!

Technicians at your fingertips
What do you like best? I work at a company who uses lots of technicians for certain tasks, and to be able to see a list of techs is awesome. You can easily see what skills they have, and if they would be a good fit. You can also see if they are background screened and drug tested which is a key benefit. What do you dislike? Very helpful, user-friendly and would definitely recommend
What do you like best? It's an easy, efficient and reliable way to find and review providers that are qualified to carry out our work. What do you dislike? The website can be a little slow to load at times, but it is usually fine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The issue was finding providers that are able to work in areas where we do not have in-house employees. This has definitely helped to solve that.

Works well, when the tech works well.
What do you like best? It is nice that there is multiple options for technicians and it shows a good skill set and there are typically lots of options to choose from What do you dislike? There is no way to verify what a provider says. They may have or may not have the experience listed and that can be frustrating especially when you are working in a market where that experience is necessary.
