What do you like best? The ease of securing techs. Techs are available nationwide. What do you dislike? For the most part, It been a smooth transaction in securing techs. The buyer shouldn't to wait for Field Nation to remove late techs. We should immediate rights to remove techs once they are late. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We control the techs.

Great interface to make good decisions for my customers
What do you like best? I love the ability to choose people that will fit best with my customer. It is also nice to be able to ask questions and receive multiple bids for the work I am trying to hire out for. It also give my company a local presence feel because I can speak with the tech prior to the work. What do you dislike? Sometimes peoples profiles are incorrect and there is a technology gap. A good platform for securing and retaining technical services around the country.
What do you like best? I like order templates the best. It makes it easy to put out all the orders we need to field as quickly as possible. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting and dropdown menus could use a bit of work. Most problems I have seem like they would be quick fixes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm not really high enough in my organization to be thinking on that scale at the moment.

Helpful in a pinch or planned installs
What do you like best? Talent pool is diverse in their capabilties What do you dislike? Service Tech Groups.. sometimes I choose a group to provide the provider, but the actual tech that goes onsite is inexperienced. Not possible to know that based on the reviews of the group. Changing the way we do business
What do you like best? Field Nation has a wide variety of technicians in all 50 States, we are able to not only apply for work but also to put work out to be completed in our denser populated areas of support. What do you dislike? I wish there was a mobile app for purchasers, I complete alot of work from my mobile device while I'm on the go and going through the website causes delays and a ton of unnecessary scrolling.
