A long time effective and productive solution for my business
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setting up of account and of the product page was really simple. The ordering system also uses my random key generator which is very nice. Payments are made on time monthly and full handling fees are also applicable. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Great Alternative To Paddle
I have been using FastSpring for more than a year and never had any issues. It is a great alternative to paddle. You do not have to worry about managing sales taxes worldwide. Also, for countries where payment gateways are not available, it is a very great alternative. I would totally recommend you using FastSpring.

Great tool to maximize and standardize revenue operations
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This tool enables us to manage all transaction information and eliminates the need to communicate directly with clients. It gives you the ability to customize order pages as well as ads, vouchers, etc. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Repeated complaints required to correct incorrect billing
The people at Fastspring have responded quickly to my inquiries about tax being added to my order, confirming that it was not to be added. Having confirmed that, and receiving a refund of the tax, and after confirming a second time that the tax would not be added to my future orders--- I received an automatic withdrawal for the original amount including the tax. As the case had been closed I could not easily respond and had to go back through their whole website complaint process, including ...

Payment with mastercard not possible refused.after contacting the bank no problem on their side and no problem with other card payments
