What do you like best? The fees are very reasonable, availability of the webshop is good, almost no downtime, very little chargeback and fraud rate. Smooth integration in our web design. We hear almost no complaints from our customers. Relatively good and fast support if there are any issues. When customers contact us directly for help and we ask them to contact FastSpring directly (for billing issues, invoices, etc.), the FastSpring staff always helps fast and well. What do you like best? We have been using FastSpring for 4 years now and it has been a great success to our growth. We have never had any downtime with FastSpring and our payments have been running smooth for the entire time we've been with them. The range of payment methods offered is great as we can offer the methods and currencies that our customers are looking for, resulting in a better conversion. Big time scammers

Big time scammers! I received a call from a representative claiming that they were going to give me a refund. What really happened was they transferred money from my savings account into my checking account then claimed that they had overpaid me and wanted me to send them (via Target or Walmart the difference of what my "refund" was and what they "accidentally transferred" into my account. On top of this they implanted a virus into one of the files of my OS and I had to get my OS put back ...

Absolute criminals

These scammers disapproved my payment but charged me, guess how ridiculous this is. I have sent them countless of emails and they do not even send an automated email, reported the payment to my bank and guess what... these morons won the dispute.Will be taking legal action.

I would leave here good review because they are one of the very very few companies which in fact can really you provide with accepting worldwide payments while you being located somewher in eastern europe for example. It's really a big plus for me.

Great ecommerce solution

We've been using FastSpring as ecommerce solution for years to sell online. Support was and is always top-notch, support for payment methods wide, handling of customer-facing support generally good and fees reasonable.

Shocking shocking service from a…

Shocking shocking service from a company who has no means of being contacted other than email. Sent an email on the 17th to confirm remittance was completed. A lie and total fraud as 4 days later no funds have been received by us - we’ve emailed all the support lines/contact us pages etc and nothing has been forthcoming! I feel so scammed and so worried that this company has taken our clients money and we now have nothing to show for it. So very disappointing!
