I didn't think they were Scammers at first.
I bought a Template from them back in March and paid them 60€. Now, 5 months later, I find an unauthorized transaction of 7,50€. Thinking it might be legit, I ignored it until today when they tried to take 191.89€ out of my account. It seems like they test you one week prior by booking out a small amount and if you don't do anything they steal more money 7 days later. I can only agree with these reviews here. Quick, smart, flexible, human!

Great Features, Even Better Service
What do you like best? Customer Service, feature flexibility, notications and APIs. What do you dislike? Lack of flexibility in migrating a "100% free, no credit card required" subscription to a "credit card required" subscription. What do you like best? Licence and subscriptions handling is very easy and manageable. Also support team is very cooperative. What do you dislike? FastSpring is a top payment procesor
What do you like best? We are using FastSpring now for more than three years and we can only say good things about them. Support is quick and helpful, their popup payment is quick and understandable and most important since we are from EU they handle all taxes which is why we chose them in the first place. What do you like best? Fastspring is a reliable payment processing service we can be 100% sure about. Conversion rates are very good. What do you dislike? Nothing spotted so far. Great company with great service
What do you like best? FastSpring is really good about helping you get set up quickly with a storefront that will meet your needs. They will check in with you regularly to be sure you are getting the support you need. Once the store is set up, it couldn't be simpler to manage. Great service but local tax handling must be improved
What do you like best? Easy-to use, saves a lot of time, no tech. knowledge required to operate. What do you dislike? Local tax handling. We are Japanese company. Japanese tax system allows companies to keep the local sales tax if annual sales are less than ~100K. This is exactly our case. FS automatically collects local sale tax in Japan on our behalf, but it doesn't transfer it to us. So, FS charges us 13% (5%+8% sales) for any purchase from Japan! This must be improved, ...
