My first vpn
I bought this wanting it to be my first VPN and so I bought it. It wouldn’t let me redeem it. I’m being honest I went to the welcome to VPN website and it sent the email to my email. It said I haven’t completed my purchase, but all I have to do is contact support and they sent me the email and I worked perfectly fine After that. Having a few issues...
I'm having some issues with FVPN crashing on startup. Also an issue with not being able to activate all of the protocols offered in FVPN. Alden was great at troubleshooting these issues with me and providing the advice I needed to stay up and running!

Been using this for a while and whilst…
Been using this for a while and whilst not the fastest (although not slow) always is robust.Had an issue today where my ISP details had to be reconfigured. Alden got it sorted in 20mins and I'm now good to go. I'm on the lifetime plan and tbh it's a bargain.
