Wonderful customer service
Had some personal setting up issues, which were entirely my fault. The customer service stuck with me and helped me reset everything I needed. Alden was a wonder representative and I can't wait to thoroughly test the life time plan!

Got Help even on a Sunday Afternoon

All I can say is AWESOME...
Having been a member for many years, I have never had any problems. The app is constantly updated by the excellent team and keeps growing. Only today did it stop working and after dealing with Frank from support, he solved the problem. Keep doing what you do guys; everything works well. Don't break a well-oiled machine!

I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed.
