Jesse won my business!
I was checking out FastestVPN as a potential replacement for Windscribe. I've used Windscribe for the past 4 years and it works fine. But their customer service is horribly rude! Jesse helped me set up a test account so I can try FastestVPN. It didn't configure correctly at the beginning, so he walked me through the troubleshoot patiently. Great service
Chuck was very responsive and quick with his replies. The service that they provide is great. Never have any issues connecting. Love having multiple connection sites as well.

New user to fastestvpn
New user to fastestvpn. Had great difficulties in launching/using FVPN initially. Contacted Frank, one of your techies, who held my hand through the learing process. Discovered it was finger problem/understanding issue on my part. He was very patient, and though answering a series of dumb questions, finally got me trained to use the app.

I've been using FVPN for a few years if I have a problem (which is not many) I connect to their chat service & I'm back up & running in no time... Cheap & Cheerful

This site can’t provide a secure connection
I had a problem with my mobile app. Contacted FastestVpn customer support chat. Chuck has helped me to solve the problem in no time. Turned to be that my ISP has blocked the connection. Adding fastestcpn.com to the trusted list solved my problem 👌 Thanks Chuck for pointing this 👍
