Next to IPVanish in Instant live chat support. If you're going to have a business the support needs to be there and engaging. And this is what FastestVPN has. I have not needed to use the service much but i bought a lifetime sub for if and when I do without worrying if I'm about to expire. Great job, great service, great product.

fast network fast customer care center with help
i really happy that i bought this vpn,i am living in china.i had many problems regarding vpn using in china.because China has blocked and locked everything, without vpn firegners cannot live here.then i came to know about this vpn and first i was hesitate and was worry but now i am satisfied with this vpn more than any vpn.i have tried others but none other than this can make very useful to me.i am 1000% satisfied with this vpn. everyone should buy this vpn.

Good technical support
Near instant response and very professional support with technical Linux knowledge. Resolved a Raspbian connectivity issue within 15 minutes. The issue was a DNS issue, FastestVPN support instructed how to set custom DNS servers on my Raspberry Pi to resolve the issue.

Great service
Had to contact support because I just couldn't connect.. - They were very friendly and helpful, got me back up and running within a few minutes. Had no real problem with FastestVPN over the last year or so, sure it drops connection occasionally, but overall a great service :)
