VPN was not connecting. WONDEFUL service
had some issues connecting. So I went to the 24 hr live chat. The person on the other end (Ivan) was very polite and patient (I am not that computer savvy) and helped me solve my connectivity issues and now I am back on track. Thank you for the wonderful service.

App stopped working and after trying…
App stopped working and after trying the FAQ and changing the settings it still would not connect. 30 seconds onto the live support chat and it was fixed, not sure what they did but now it is working and compared to other VPN's I have tried (quite a lot some paid for and free ones) I am very happy with the app connection speed and there does not seem to be any lag when web browsing. Keep a lookout for discount codes and this VPN could cost you a little less than full price.

Works like a charm
Works like a charm. I tested it on my Android phone, Android TV (was able to change geo location really easy and watch Netflix / Disney+), and on my notebook. I was able to log in and buy Youtube Premium from India. I am now able to get better deals based on the location. Also many thanks to Ivan, this guy helped me a lot in all my settings!
