Kept getting "Login Failed" message
Kept getting "Login Failed" message. Changed PW's but still no luck. One convo with Alden and the problem was resolved in seconds! Thanks Alden and FastestVPN!

I have no idea how they sorted me out so quickly, but I went from not being able to log in to being able to in like 20 seconds. Why can't all customer service be so painless. Lifelong fan - thx!

Satisfied lifetime user since 2020
Been a lifetime user since 2020. Good value for money. Decent speeds of up to 100Mbit/s from what I have seen based on the servers I chose.I use the VPN 1-2 times per month and only had 1 login issue in all these years that was resolved quickly with customer service.
