Customer Service ruins it

Customer Service is great if they think they are getting more money out of you. The minute you request support in downgrading or cancelling, absolute silence. This is via the app/website AND via email. It's impossible to source the complaints procedure also, funnily enough. The software is great. Just don't expect any support with it.
