"Easy to use Social Management Platform"

What do you like best? The ability to assign comments to team members. This makes it easy to manage expectations and ensure the right things are escalated. What do you dislike? A seamless integration with Unmetric would be great, also easy-to-pull reports (similar to unmetric) would be amazing. "Falcon is easy to use and their support team is always super helpful."

What do you like best? User Friendly, easy to learn, online learning sessions, helpful staff What do you dislike? I wish I could select specifics for listen alerts subsciptions- ex setting it to my local time would be great. Recommendations to others considering the product: try it out! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Missed media and social media inquiries, working remotely with all SM teams and seeing the schedule.

What do you like best? Managing workflow in it is easy, and there are so many valuable insights to look at. What do you dislike? Sometimes, tagging a Facebook page doesn't work despite several attempts at spelling out different parts of the word to make the needed profile show up. "Refreshing Customer Experience and Personal Attention"

What do you like best? The availability of both our representatives and the technical team to help troubleshoot any issues. The streamlined interface and forward-thinking approach to integrations. "The Ultimate Social Manager"

What do you like best? The best feature is the publishing function! It it helpful to have an overview of what each team is posting, the ability to view a days post in summary or "in network" has been the most useful feature. Being able to copy and schedule content across multiple channels is a time saver. The photo editing to resize content per platform is great too.
