"Solid Monitoring and Scheduling Platform for Social"

What do you like best? The scheduling platform is very easy and user-friendly. The LinkedIn and Facebook previews are great and it's nice to see an overview of what you've got going on for the coming weeks and months. The monitoring system is also easy enough to use, and you can quickly assign items to different team members. What do you like best? I like the ability to build custom reports in Falcon, and it is easy to manage multiple clients on the platform. What do you dislike? We have experienced numerous glitches with posting and client accounts getting disconnected. That said, customer support is consistently available. The limited reporting capabilities we have on IGS and some portion of the posts stats. The reports that are downloaded could be a little more user friendly. What do you like best? I love the ability to monitor brand engagement across all of our channels through the Engage module, both public engagement and direct messages. What do you dislike? There are frustrating limitations to the type of content that can be successfully pushed through Falcon, most notably video.
