What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management? The team is very responsive and willing to help. They do periodic checkins that are useful and help optmize our useage of the platform. It compares to competitors in a great way. You get a lot of value for what you pay for. If you're an agency or work for a group of companies it's the perfect management tool. Not a good experience

Like James stated, we too are a small growing agency told we would have all these wonderful, value-add features - signed up for year and have barely used the system. Its not delivering what it was intended to when we signed up. We should have demanded a preview access to the system - but this wasn't apparently available to us so you had to 'sign the line' and expect to get what you were promised. Sadly what was promised was clearly under delivered. Falcon has no interest in fixing this or ...

Perceptive tool

PROS: I like that it's easy for me to manage the workflow on Falcon, and there are plenty of helpful insights we can use. CONS: It would be great to be able to consistently tag a Facebook page. Sometimes it doesn't work even if we spell out the words, so I'm not quite sure why that's happening.

Review their terms & be careful

Ok platform, but expensive and their contracts may trap you with an automatic renewal clause even if you are not using the platform. Be careful to read the small print in their contracts...We probably should have spotted it, but likewise they had no interest in supporting us once we were trapped in a new agreement which offered no value. Generally a negative experience.

Falcon is the only social media…

Falcon is the only social media software which enables us to manage lots of locations in the way we need to. We did an extended market research to find solutions to our management problem, and in no cases was there any other than falcon, who had the functionality, which I won't go into details with, but that I am sure no other has solved. In addition to this, the supportteam has been very helpful and flexible and therefore I can give my recommendations to Falcon both as a software and service.

What do you like best? Nothing at all. Falcon.io's interface is boring and dull, and it is quite buggy. I wouldn't use Falcon.io for anything, nor will i recommend it. Falcon.io might be cheap, but it's competitors are much better, on the tool itself and for customer service or actually the grief they give you. What do you dislike? Falcon.io feels like a tool still in beta stage, it's raw, ugly and doesn't work. Their customer success team is a joke, and they don't bother to check in with ...
