"Great tool for Twitter & customer service, but OK overall"

What do you like best? The ability to respond to customer service questions easily through the Engage option and its Twitter scheduling capabilities. I also love the URL shortener. We use the shortener for almost all our channels' links. What do you dislike? Scheduling Facebook posts through Falcon isn't that practical. What do you like best? Scheduling posts is always easy! The calendar view keeps everything organized by client. What do you dislike? The reporting could be better in Falcon. What do you like best? Falcon.io is actually pretty easy to use. Anyone can get used to it with minimal effort and high reward. It's a great tool for managing a lot of brands at the same time and previewing your social media posts is just the cherry on top.
