"Great tool for Twitter & customer service, but OK overall"
What do you like best? The ability to respond to customer service questions easily through the Engage option and its Twitter scheduling capabilities. I also love the URL shortener. We use the shortener for almost all our channels' links. What do you dislike? Scheduling Facebook posts through Falcon isn't that practical. What do you like best? I like that the calendar is clearly visible and *fairly* easy to manage. I also like that you have access to all/any accounts you manage without having to log in several times. They also have pretty great customer service reps who have helped a ton. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't post the same thing to multiple channels in one easy sweep. What do you like best? Scheduling posts is always easy! The calendar view keeps everything organized by client. What do you dislike? The reporting could be better in Falcon. What do you like best? Falcon.io is actually pretty easy to use. Anyone can get used to it with minimal effort and high reward. It's a great tool for managing a lot of brands at the same time and previewing your social media posts is just the cherry on top. What do you like best? Love that I can manage multiple client accounts and run ads with interchangeable creative and all that good stuff right from one platform. What do you like best? I like for organize the content well with the publishing function. You can easily see when different publications are scheduled and where you have gaps. In addition, the interface is well organized and makes the user experience very fluid.
