What do you like best? Falcon has revolutionized the way we manage all of our social platforms. From reporting to engaging with customers on posts we may have missed, we are able to really drive a social media campaign from start to finish without missing a beat. What do you dislike? Ability to see dark posts What do you dislike? having to schedule something to the hubb app in order to choose a cover frame for videos we post. We have a ton of clients and have about 10 ipods we purchased to each hold 4 IG accounts that the Hubb app can publish to What problems are you solving with the product? "Falcon has been intuitive and helpful, though there are a few things I'd like to change."

What do you like best? I like the metrics/review section, I like the scheduling most of the time and I like the engagement tool. What do you dislike? I dont like the auto URL shortener, how in scheduling the spacing is often funky and the social media ads section. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're better able to schedule things that have multiple photos and it makes having multiple customer service people a breeze.

What do you like best? I consider it a very complete program, I love that the management is multichannel in terms of social networks. It has given me the effectiveness that I had demanded so much to improve the content on Facebook, Instragram and Twitter. What do you like best? Falcon.io is actually pretty easy to use. Anyone can get used to it with minimal effort and high reward. It's a great tool for managing a lot of brands at the same time and previewing your social media posts is just the cherry on top. What do you like best? Love that I can manage multiple client accounts and run ads with interchangeable creative and all that good stuff right from one platform. Plus, they have great support and training. Honestly I could give all the kudos in the world to their support team and account folks and still wouldn't come close to what they deserve.
