What do you like best? Easy dashboards and scheduling, ease of usage when scheduling 100+ tweets a day What do you dislike? Could do with more analytics, maybe i was not exposed enough to it, but i did not feel that analytics was strong. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It gives a great overview on all actions that are happening on all your Social Media Channels. What do you dislike? Sometimes the tool is quite slow or needs long times to load / needs to refresh which is a pity. Also sometimes the UX could be better (e.g. drag & drop features) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's super easy to schedule & plan campaigns because you can easily see what is going on on all channels parallel.

You can't publish carousels for examples, and scheduling anything that isn't one image or video on Instagram is hard using the tool. What do you like best? I love that I'm able to pre-schedule my content ahead of time super effectively. Everything I need is right in the tool. I also enjoy the listening capabilities and engagement capabilities, especially that I'm able to separate by need, client, or platform. What do you dislike? The ads platform isn't super intuitive - it also prompts you to schedule an ad for at least two days, which just for my own personal needs isn't really helpful. What problems are you solving ...

What do you like best? What I love about Falcon is how easy it is to cross-post content to different social media channels in a pinch, especially using the "Copy" feature. What do you like best? Scheduling direct to Instagram, ease of scheduling posts and being able to copy across platforms. What do you dislike? Often glitchy, expensive, and usually errors for video posting. Would also like to Instagram stories added. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
