What do you like best? Able to post from one location, to all 20+ of our social media accounts What do you dislike? Nothing really, very good platform and easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: It;s a great social media tool! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? NA. Benefits are numerous, mostly the time its saves with the ease of the product.

What do you like best? The engage and publish features are helpful for managing multiple social accounts and keeping up with all mentions/comments in one place What do you dislike? It can be a little hard to learn the software, there are a lot of features to explore and it can be somewhat confusing to navigate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? falcon has helped me save time in monitoring social accounts and drafting social content in the platform

What do you like best? I like that the calendar is clearly visible and *fairly* easy to manage. I also like that you have access to all/any accounts you manage without having to log in several times. They also have pretty great customer service reps who have helped a ton. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't post the same thing to multiple channels in one easy sweep. What do you like best? I love the content pool and the engage interface. We switched over from Social Studio by Salesforce and found their engage module to be clunky, old, and just terrible. Falcon's engage interface is really dynamic and allows you so much more flexibility and customization. Really love it. "Good user experience - can improve analytics"

What do you like best? I like how at Falcon you can have pre-written answers that are always in hand. The tools is easy to manage and very intuitive. I love that I can add customers' information in the right side of the page. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that I cannot tag individual comments on public posts. What do you like best? I enjoy Falcon. The platform is relatively easy to use. There are some functional things that could be better but for the price we pay, it's great. What do you dislike?
