"Solved our problems, still needs some tweaks"

What do you like best? I love the content pool and the engage interface. We switched over from Social Studio by Salesforce and found their engage module to be clunky, old, and just terrible. Falcon's engage interface is really dynamic and allows you so much more flexibility and customization. Really love it. What do you like best? The excellent and efficient support I receive is second to none. Really the customer support team is top notch! What do you dislike? The app can be buggy and slow-loading at times, particularly in Engage. Recommendations to others considering the product: The support services are impeccable! "It's a user-friendly platform"

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to plan your posts and to answer the customers on Facebook and Twitter. It also makes it easy to have statistics. What do you dislike? Sometimes, the social reports are showing the wrong numbers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Falcon has revolutionized the way we manage all of our social platforms. From reporting to engaging with customers on posts we may have missed, we are able to really drive a social media campaign from start to finish without missing a beat. What do you dislike? "Falcon has been intuitive and helpful, though there are a few things I'd like to change."

What do you like best? I like the metrics/review section, I like the scheduling most of the time and I like the engagement tool. What do you dislike? I dont like the auto URL shortener, how in scheduling the spacing is often funky and the social media ads section. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're better able to schedule things that have multiple photos and it makes having multiple customer service people a breeze.
