What do you like best? I love that I'm able to pre-schedule my content ahead of time super effectively. Everything I need is right in the tool. I also enjoy the listening capabilities and engagement capabilities, especially that I'm able to separate by need, client, or platform. What do you dislike? The ads platform isn't super intuitive - it also prompts you to schedule an ad for at least two days, which just for my own personal needs isn't really helpful. What problems are you solving ...

What do you like best? I like the calendar view and I like the ability to create teams and collaborate across accounts. What do you dislike? I don't like certain publishing limitations. You can't publish carousels for examples, and scheduling anything that isn't one image or video on Instagram is hard using the tool. "Great Social Media Tool "

What do you like best? It gives a great overview on all actions that are happening on all your Social Media Channels. What do you dislike? Sometimes the tool is quite slow or needs long times to load / needs to refresh which is a pity. Also sometimes the UX could be better (e.g. drag & drop features) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's super easy to schedule & plan campaigns because you can easily see what is going on on all channels parallel.

What do you like best? The ability to respond to customer service questions easily through the Engage option and its Twitter scheduling capabilities. I also love the URL shortener. We use the shortener for almost all our channels' links. What do you dislike? Scheduling Facebook posts through Falcon isn't that practical. There also isn't much of a focus on Instagram scheduling and engagement analytics. Analytics in general aren't easy to compare against competitors. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Scheduling posts is always easy! The calendar view keeps everything organized by client. What do you dislike? The reporting could be better in Falcon. Rather than having the stats put together in one PDF, each portion is separate. This makes it a bit tough to share with clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Scheduling direct to Instagram, ease of scheduling posts and being able to copy across platforms. What do you dislike? Often glitchy, expensive, and usually errors for video posting. Would also like to Instagram stories added. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Manually posting to social media accounts. Saves time especially on evenings and weekends.
