"Falcon makes social listening a breeze"

What do you like best? The topic word cloud and sentiment analysis. What do you dislike? Sentiment analysis can be thrown off by "negative" words and tone, such as sarcasm. But it's easy to amend. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can instantly report negative mentions to clients for them to resolve.

What do you like best? The ability to create campaigns and send content out to multiple teams with ease. What do you dislike? We sometimes run into issues with content pulling in from an external content management system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We don't have to use lots of spreadsheets to log insights/do them manually. We're able to do this through Falcon now.

What do you like best? Falcon ist our Community Management Powerhouse – It collects all the stuff from all our platforms and channels and helps us to identify relevant users. Even the updated Paid-Media is very helpful for us. What do you dislike? The Publishing Process itself works perfect for us but our internal process doesn't fit the falcon process called "Content Pool". "A terrific platform with unique features you can't find anywhere else."

What do you like best? Ads scheduling through the platform. The Listen app features. What do you dislike? Customer service turnaround time is usually pretty lengthy. Often there is a lack of follow up on cases. When there is not a ready answer it gets pushed to the dev team and sits in a cue until it grows moss. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization of all social media management in a holistic fashion.

What do you like best? The engage and publish features are helpful for managing multiple social accounts and keeping up with all mentions/comments in one place What do you dislike? It can be a little hard to learn the software, there are a lot of features to explore and it can be somewhat confusing to navigate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? falcon has helped me save time in monitoring social accounts and drafting social content in the platform
