"Best tool in the market"
What do you like best? The UX is super intuitive and all important tasks are easily achievable. Most importantly all necessary features for a social media management are included. Help desk is super quick and finds solutions. What do you dislike? Scheduling posts beforehand fails too often, and the entire post hast to be created again. What do you like best? Customer Service Team is always ready to help and receive feedback to improve their product. It's something that I really appreciate it! Makes my job much easier when there is any kind of problem :) It's very visual, and make it easy to work with What do you dislike? "What a game changer..."
What do you like best? I love being able to queue up tweets and plan my content accordingly. I especially love that it shows you what your content will look like in platform. Measuring tools are great too for tracking how our content is doing - especially in campaigns. What do you dislike? I dislike how sometimes drafts aren't autosaved or disappear. "Great tool but limited analytics "
What do you like best? I like the ease of publishing content and the content calendar. Also the ability to also control some Ads in a great feature if you are looking for that extra. What do you dislike? Very limited analytics, especially not being able to see anything from LinkedIn. It is in their pipeline, but it has been slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy place to see all posts, planned campaigns and events, all in one view.

"Efficient, useful platform and great, responsive service"
What do you like best? Falcon's a comprehensive platform to schedule social posts. Comes in very handy when working in a team. On the few occasions we've run into technical issues, the Falcon team is always on hand and responsive to sort out our problems. What do you dislike? Every now and then we do run into some technical issues, like posts not pulling up the right images, being unable to tag other social accounts -- but very few and rarely occurring. "Very efficient and organized"
What do you like best? I like the messaging and feedback feature. What do you dislike? The dashboard sometimes looks a little crowded. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the tutorials. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am still learning how to use all the features, but having everything monotized is a huge benefit.

What do you like best? I like that you're able to schedule posts in advance and then forget about them while they post What do you dislike? I wish you could post carousel photos to Instagram and be able to select your cover photo for videos without using the hub app What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Ease of scheduling for a lot of social channels Ability to search by approver What do you dislike? Blogs from our website don't pull through Platform freezes a lot, quite slow Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great for businesses with multiple social channels What problems are you solving with the product? "Not adequate reporting"
What do you like best? Layout and design, the colour coded campaigns are helpful What do you dislike? Doesn't pull statistics on reports accurately. Doesn't allow to change format of text in campaigns and has grammatical errors in the emails that are sent out What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am not solving any problems with Falcon
