"Still learning, but seems like a good product "
What do you like best? Ability to schedule and post to all of my platforms. Ability to create teams, groups, channels, labels, etc. Lots of ways to organize! What do you dislike? Notifications are basically nonexistent. Not as fast as other programs to copy a post from one platform to another. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to send my content to certain people to approve certain things. A nice way to organize campaigns.

"Everything you need in one big bundle"
What do you like best? Falcon io offers you the ability to publish, respond to enquiries, build reports and listen to keyword searches in one big bundle offer. This gives us everything we need in one lump sum without being pushed with constant add-ons. What do you dislike? We sometimes miss engagements where people have mentioned us without @'ing as it doesn't appear in the Engage tab. We can find these under the Listen tab but the workflow isn't streamlined so we miss a few potential ...

"Social media producer"
What do you like best? The engage tabs and how you customise them, the labelling function as well. The copy function. What do you dislike? We've had a few issues with the program not working, which has affected our work. I also wish you could do thread tweets as you can in Hootsuite. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you use the trial extensively to make sure it's right for you, identify problems you have already and see if Falcon solves that. What problems are ...

"Excellent, stress-free way to organise social media"
What do you like best? The ability to schedule months in advance, without double-checking if posts went up on weekends or holidays. What do you dislike? A post won't always upload if the channel disconnects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stress-free, a hands-on approach to social media allowing you to free up more time for other tasks. There is easy engagement with audiences all from one place.

"Goof tool with great support"
What do you like best? Falcon offers a set of features that really match our needs - coordinating a number of local teams, each divided into content and customer support people, each with a sufficiently high level of autonomy. More importantly, Falcon offers great support, i can get answers to my questions or solutions to my problems really quick using the chat, and the account team is regularly in touch with us to educate us about features and best practice. It is also a primary way of ...

"Helpfull tool! "
What do you like best? Falcon is a good tool to use for me in my work as a customer service manager who manages several facebook profiles. The way you can channel and sort all types of messages, public posts and work in all facebook pages at the same time. It helps the efficiency of the work as well as giving the option of assigning a thread to a coworker or myself to pick up again later. What do you dislike? We have a lot of channels and share our falcon user with our danish team, so that ...
