What do you like best? Ability to schedule and post to all of my platforms. Ability to create teams, groups, channels, labels, etc. Lots of ways to organize! What do you dislike? Notifications are basically nonexistent. Not as fast as other programs to copy a post from one platform to another. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to send my content to certain people to approve certain things. A nice way to organize campaigns.

What do you like best? Falcon io offers you the ability to publish, respond to enquiries, build reports and listen to keyword searches in one big bundle offer. This gives us everything we need in one lump sum without being pushed with constant add-ons. What do you dislike? We sometimes miss engagements where people have mentioned us without @'ing as it doesn't appear in the Engage tab. What do you like best? I'm a mesure module user and I like the visualization modules and the easy way to find everthing. What do you dislike? Lack of video measurement. Its a must. What do you like best? The ability to schedule months in advance, without double-checking if posts went up on weekends or holidays. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Falcon is a good tool to use for me in my work as a customer service manager who manages several facebook profiles. The way you can channel and sort all types of messages, public posts and work in all facebook pages at the same time.
