What do you like best? Falcon helps our company keep our social media in check. We love to use the content calendar to schedule posts or cross-post to different social platforms. What do you like best? Its ability to integrate with Instagram and ability to customize reports for specific campaigns. "Easy to use, sometimes unreliable "

What do you like best? Falcon is user friendly and works across teams for social media management, including if you manage many platforms at once. What do you dislike? Reporting is lacking– you can't pull reports for all social networks at once, so you have to report on channels separately. They need to work on glitches to posting and overall bugs. Approval UX is just okay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It keeps our content calendars organized.

What do you like best? It’s difficult to think of any. Most of the time, the data flawed or incomplete. Scheduling content made it useful, until account tokens for certain platforms (if I recall, mainly with LinkedIn) had to be updated manually and imminent expirations were not relayed to us by Falcon.io, even though this should have been a priority for them as it directly affected their clients. What do you like best? I like the ability to see your social media calendar in a monthly and weekly view. This helps visualize our social media activity and how frequently we are posting on each social media channel. Another plus is custom URL tracking.
