My thoughts about Falcon

PROS: I like that the UI for content creation and planning is clear, from the copy to the image and schedules. It helps when I need to work fast and schedule a big amount of content. I can also easily see the results of our campaigns and see how they are linked to our campaign goals. This makes our social media create more impact as a crucial part of our marketing goals. CONS: It would be great to schedule multiple posts across channels and see them in one calendar view. Plus points if ...

Great tool and customer service

PROS: I like that Falcon's dashboards are clean and intuitive. Their listening tool makes it easy for us to monitor both our brand and competitor activity. CONS: More options for custom-ready report templates would be great, so we don't have to use the bare-ish one available at the moment.

"Easy to use tool"

What do you like best? Customisation of reports and feeds to get exactly what we need out of it. What do you dislike? Prone to crash if over used or left logged in for a significant amount of time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring multiple platforms and having Instagram analytics easily accessible.

"Falcon for a Publishing House"

What do you like best? The Planning tool with online times of the fans next to it and the calendar function that shows me the posts of the different channels. What do you dislike? I don't trust Falcon with Videos that should be uploaded to Facebook at a certain time. Also the fact that I got asked to submit my channels to still get the Facebook direct messages for about six times, when I already had confirmed it twice. "Good product, could be better if the social channels could work better together"

What do you like best? I like how simple and useful the listening services are. What do you dislike? That the metrics don't work together and are hard to edit. For instance, tags with LinkedIn. What do you like best? I like that you can see all the content coming in from one location, versus having to go to each individual platform. What do you dislike? I wish it was easy to find the link to original post on the original platform. I also don't like that we have every unready message in our feeds from since the client started its social accounts. "New but Liking It"

What do you like best? We have been on Falcon for almost 6 months. My small team of 2 runs social media for an international non-profit. We really enjoy the publishing calendar, especially the ability to copy posts and bring them to other platforms or accounts. Makes things super easy when scheduling a larger activation.
