"A good one-stop-shop for social media management. However there are some issues."

What do you like best? I like that there is a full suite of features, so my teams can just go to one place to get done what they need. What do you dislike? They need to build out their video scheduling tech. Whenever we want to schedule a video we have to go off Falcon. What do you like best? It's an all-in-one tool for marketers. I use it for everything. What do you dislike? Like every tool, it has its limitations. What problems are you solving with the product? PROS: I like that Falcon is so easy to use, especially for those new to social media management because of the ability to create ads and posts simply, and even on more channels including Facebook and Instagram. We're able to create content in advance using our collection of content. We're also able to easily create ad campaigns and ad sets alot more easily. Their customer support is always ready and helpful when we have issues to solve. CONS: It would be great if we can avoid instances ...
