"The product is good (not great), and don't expect much support."
What do you like best? The scheduling tool has been very helpful in managing multiple platforms. What do you dislike? We've had to create a fair number of workarounds for things Falcon can't do. Admittedly, some of those things may be API limitations. Also, our customer service rep has been incredibly difficult to get ahold of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has provided a platform for scheduling posts on multiple accounts at once.

"Scheduling post work, some features could use improvment"
What do you like best? Ability to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms, calendar view is nice and reporting is helpful. I also like that you can preview what the post will look like - that is extremely helpful What do you dislike? Still some quirks - image rendering in LinkedIn can be weird. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time/project management - easier to work as a team. Reporting is easier to pull then having to do it manually

"Pretty good product"
What do you like best? Many different, customizable ways to do reporting on analytics. What do you dislike? Publishing is not as easy as I've seen on other platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better listening and seeing what people are saying about my company.

"Not my favourite tool"
What do you like best? To manage a vast load of comments falcon.io my be helpful What do you dislike? To do a detailed data analysis we don't really get along with falcon.io What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We label different postings so we can see which content performs best

What do you like best? I will begin by delimiting in a positive way as this program has always been, its support is authentically impeccable but can solve any problem at any given time. In addition, its interface is well organized and makes the user experience very fluid. PROS: I like that Falcon is so easy to use, especially for those new to social media management because of the ability to create ads and posts simply, and even on more channels including Facebook and Instagram. We're able to create content in advance using our collection of content. We're also able to easily create ad campaigns and ad sets alot more easily. Excellent single platform
PROS: I like that their customer support team responds promptly and gets straight to the point of our concern. They are patient and give us as much details as they can. If we have requests in terms of additional features, we're confident it's actually being considered. CONS: It would be great to add an export feature for the dashboards, and more metrics could be made available from their listening fuction.
