"Helpful and robust! A great tool with every feature you need to streamline social!"

What do you like best? The way in which you schedule content and the ease of copying existing content to use in other channels is incredibly time-saving.The integrated image editor is a game-changer for streamlining workflow and reducing resource needs to manage social. What do you dislike? For some organizations, the higher-end cost could be a barrier. The social listening was a bit challenging to configure correctly for the objectives we were seeking. My biggest complaint is Falcon's ...

"This is a great tool for content management but there are still some things that could be improved"

What do you like best? How easy it is schedule posts and track community management, especially when we have many countries involved. What do you dislike? The limited reporting capabilities we have on IGS and some portion of the posts stats. The reports that are downloaded could be a little more user friendly. I also don't like that when we are scheduling posts we don't clearly know what time zone our account is and what time zone the trends are in, it is a little confusing. What problems ...

"Good for reporting, some glitches"

What do you like best? I like the ability to build custom reports in Falcon, and it is easy to manage multiple clients on the platform. What do you dislike? We have experienced numerous glitches with posting and client accounts getting disconnected. That said, customer support is consistently available. I also wish they would support posting carousel posts to Instagram, which is not possible currently. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a good product - be sure to ...

"Good product overall, with some API clunkiness"

What do you like best? I love the ability to monitor brand engagement across all of our channels through the Engage module, both public engagement and direct messages. What do you dislike? There are frustrating limitations to the type of content that can be successfully pushed through Falcon, most notably video. For example, Facebook allows native 4K video uploads, but Falcon caps the resolution at 720p, which is not even considered full HD and WAY behind the times. Our scheduled posts ...

"A good one-stop-shop for social media management. However there are some issues."

What do you like best? I like that there is a full suite of features, so my teams can just go to one place to get done what they need. What do you dislike? They need to build out their video scheduling tech. Whenever we want to schedule a video we have to go off Falcon. There are often differences in metrics between what Facebook tells me and what Falcon tells me. I wish I got more metrics around Twitter. Recommendations to others considering the product: Because of limitations with social ...

"Gets the job done"

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to switch from one brand to another. I also enjoy the Measure feature to view analytics. What do you dislike? Sometimes the site will not load until I log out and log back in which is frustrating. There are sometimes discrepancies with analytic data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working across multiple brands and across multiple media channels.

"Solid platform but a bit messy for collaborative work and reports"

What do you like best? Quite robust features, including community management (engage), content publishing, analytics and advertising. It's a nice hybrid between zero inbox and stream style feeds for engagement, so you can customise to how you prefer to see activity. They are open with their roadmap and what features are being introduced or upgraded. What do you dislike? They only recently introduced a way to actually report on sentiment data for activity on owned channels, despite having ...
