"The Ultimate Social Manager"

What do you like best? The best feature is the publishing function! It it helpful to have an overview of what each team is posting, the ability to view a days post in summary or "in network" has been the most useful feature. Being able to copy and schedule content across multiple channels is a time saver. The photo editing to resize content per platform is great too. The customer service is impeccable, never have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Love our rep (Anthony Margulies) ...

"It's got to be one of the best tools for engagement, listening and analytics"

What do you like best? Falcon makes it easy to create feeds, they have some really cool listening features What do you dislike? It's not easy to create templates which would help with frequently asked questions (faqs) Recommendations to others considering the product: It would be nice to integrate an automated bot that can automate simple sales queries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to create your own custom dashboard is incredible.

"The product is good (not great), and don't expect much support."

What do you like best? The scheduling tool has been very helpful in managing multiple platforms. What do you dislike? We've had to create a fair number of workarounds for things Falcon can't do. Admittedly, some of those things may be API limitations. Also, our customer service rep has been incredibly difficult to get ahold of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has provided a platform for scheduling posts on multiple accounts at once.

"Pretty good product"

What do you like best? Many different, customizable ways to do reporting on analytics. What do you dislike? Publishing is not as easy as I've seen on other platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better listening and seeing what people are saying about my company.

"Scheduling post work, some features could use improvment"

What do you like best? Ability to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms, calendar view is nice and reporting is helpful. I also like that you can preview what the post will look like - that is extremely helpful What do you dislike? Still some quirks - image rendering in LinkedIn can be weird. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time/project management - easier to work as a team. Reporting is easier to pull then having to do it manually

"Simple, intuitive, incredible customer service."

What do you like best? Falcon is simple to use, has an awesome UX and all the times I needed help, the customer service team was fast and assertive. The reports are incredible and really helpful for my team to measure our sucess. The copy post feature is really easy helpful when we just need to replicate the same content for other channels and countries. The labels are also a great resource that help us with multiple and specific reports, since we usually work with several initiatives and ...

"Gets the job done"

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to switch from one brand to another. I also enjoy the Measure feature to view analytics. What do you dislike? Sometimes the site will not load until I log out and log back in which is frustrating. There are sometimes discrepancies with analytic data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working across multiple brands and across multiple media channels.

"Solid platform but a bit messy for collaborative work and reports"

What do you like best? Quite robust features, including community management (engage), content publishing, analytics and advertising. It's a nice hybrid between zero inbox and stream style feeds for engagement, so you can customise to how you prefer to see activity. They are open with their roadmap and what features are being introduced or upgraded. What do you dislike? They only recently introduced a way to actually report on sentiment data for activity on owned channels, despite having ...
