"It's got to be one of the best tools for engagement, listening and analytics"

What do you like best? Falcon makes it easy to create feeds, they have some really cool listening features What do you dislike? It's not easy to create templates which would help with frequently asked questions (faqs) Recommendations to others considering the product: It would be nice to integrate an automated bot that can automate simple sales queries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to create your own custom dashboard is incredible.

"The Ultimate Social Manager"

What do you like best? The best feature is the publishing function! It it helpful to have an overview of what each team is posting, the ability to view a days post in summary or "in network" has been the most useful feature. Being able to copy and schedule content across multiple channels is a time saver. The photo editing to resize content per platform is great too. The customer service is impeccable, never have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Love our rep (Anthony Margulies) ...

"Great customer service and easy user interface"

What do you like best? I love that Falcon has online customer support always ready and available to answer my questions or troubleshoot a solution. Additionally, it's helpful that the platform has exclusive partnerships that unlock API's and give users like us access to tech before anyone else. What do you dislike? It seems like there is a lot of internal turnover. Since joining Falcon, we've had several different account reps and it's rarely communicated to us when they leave - we simply ...

"Great platform for managing multiple social media channels!"

What do you like best? I like that Falcon lets you see all of your different channels on one interface. It's easy to see what is being posted where, and what content is scheduled for each platform. It also gives a great metric analysis, so I can see what channels need to be improved. It is easy to collaborate with other coworkers on Falcon and comment/assign projects to people. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that it is not an intuitive interface. It takes a little bit of practice ...

"Solid content management without strong usp"

What do you like best? Foundation of social media planning is still working very good. What do you dislike? Reports are nearly unusable as they are missing real world relevancy. Although a lot of that has to do with the api‘s of Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Mobile app could have a better ux/ui too What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing more than 20 different social media channels efficiently. That increased our possible social media output by +500%

"I feel fully supported by Falcon"

What do you like best? I feel fully supported by Falcon and the businesses aim to ensure I feel comfortable, my software is working and I'm trained to work within the platforms. What do you dislike? The 'audience' function can be clunky and a little redundant now - can this be enhanced/reinvigorated? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The speed in which we can monitor crisis comms and the ability to learn and adapt as a business, via clear stats ...

"This is a great tool for content management but there are still some things that could be improved"

What do you like best? How easy it is schedule posts and track community management, especially when we have many countries involved. What do you dislike? The limited reporting capabilities we have on IGS and some portion of the posts stats. The reports that are downloaded could be a little more user friendly. I also don't like that when we are scheduling posts we don't clearly know what time zone our account is and what time zone the trends are in, it is a little confusing. What problems ...
