What do you like best? Very easy and user-friendly, the vendor is constantly working on improving the features and services offered. The 24/7 Online Live support is very helpful. There is a dedicated account manager available to help improve user experience and maximize usage of system. What do you dislike? Setting up packages
What do you like best? The chat is support is fast and efficient in most cases. In this case it was pretty good with Marshall. What do you dislike? I wish there was a section I can read about for promotions and packages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like managing my rates from one section but the promotions tab that is new is really cool. Just wish I can set up multiple promotions for each OTA and I wish Expedia was added as well.
