What do you like best? The compliance portal has made it much easier to track custodian compliance and interview for additional data and custodians for the legal hold. What do you dislike? The quick start guide was not very helpful. Report options are not very flexible and often have a missing column that is not available to add which would make the report much more useful. Great product and great service

What do you like best? That Exterro integrates your legal hold, public records, and security needs in one place. What do you dislike? I have not found any downsides yet but am interested to see how Jordan Lawrence is integrated into the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exterro has made our legal hold and public records requests processes repeatable and defensible. Also, having one system of record is very beneficial.

after lengthy setup, eddm is pretty powerful

What do you like best? Litigation Holds are easy to track and acknowledge. List of custodians is accurate and the ease of use is the best. What do you dislike? not able to print directly from screen or have ability to print full list of documents; some of the screens are redundant. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? makes easier tracking for lit holds

Exterro is the only solution you need

What do you like best? We currently only have the Legal Hold platform, but we're looking to add additional Exterro modules to streamline different processes. What do you dislike? I personally haven't found something I dislike yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The platform is so easy to use. It saves lots of time and consequently, money.
