What do you like best? I can customize the legal holds as best fits our needs. We can separate the email from notice page or have it all in one page. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love Matters. It help secure the group and it places all your custodians, ESI etc together. I just wish it tied together the productions too. What do you dislike? I feel like it could flow together a little better..more bread crumbs from the screen you just left from. Also connecting the production to your Matter area. What do you like best? Easy use platform that coordinates all facets of tools available. Has incorporated privacy component for non-US custodians. Speedy response from tech support when assistance required. What do you dislike? Could use more global applications, but happy with what we have. What do you like best? The entire end-to-end platform. Most favorite are legal hold, ECM and EPM. What do you dislike? I am very satisfied with the entire suite of Exterro prodcuts. Exterro - Legal Holds and E discovery

What do you like best? Exterro apprears to have been a great product for Legal Holds and collections with robust filtering process. E discovery, asset management and integration to custodian devices is a pretty defined process. there is a lot of room to fix issues such as scaling to collection from more than 10k docs. What do you dislike? Scaling of issues. Viewing pdf docs more than 200 pages is really slow and times out. Upgrade and patching is a cumbersome process. Recommendations ...
