It's a great service and really to use…
It's a great service and really to use and upload your receipts by phone. Means you don't have to keep lots of paperwork. Few minor teething issues with processing delays but great apart from that.

Spend a little time with Expend and you'll gain hours in return...
We have been using Expend at work for about six months and it's a fantastic product. My boss is able to easily check off expenses on my card without chasing me, and I can easily submit any charges I have made to my card. Any time I get emailed an invoice or spend on the card I can just log in and attach the evidence and itemise it accordingly.I've used their online chat a few times and they are receptive to ideas to improve the interface: the web application gets updates every couple of ...

Really good!
I've found Expend to be good! Every time I've spoken to their customer service, they have been quick, responsive and helpful. New features get rolled out regularly and all in all the system solves lots of of expense issues.

Really easy to use
Really easy to use - I'm really pleased with it! The app is fantastic and I can track all my receipts straight away by photographing them.

Seriously horrific customer service
Seriously horrific customer service! Want to close my account but can't! and need to follow up 3 times for them to do it while it keeps charging me!
