A slicker, safer and much more efficient alternative to cash expenses. Just load the card and pay as you would with your own contactless card. Expend is the future of expenses with seamless integration with accounting systems and remote account management, including locking the card if it is lost. The perfect solution for my business. Paper receipts are SO last season...

Great invention - best expense management system

Great invention. Expend really helps one to monitor and control outgoing expenses with strong integration into Xero and other accounting systems. I don’t think there is another provider that allows a card purchase to go directly into ones accounting system so seamlessly. The service team has also always been available to help if required and provides quick solutions. I’m excited for the new options Expend continously adds. As an aside, I have also used these cards as a way to give my kids ...

look no further for expense cards

Having looked at other expense cards, we settled on expend. It had the features we were looking for, ie separation and control of card funds, and direct integration with xero. The interface is really easy to use. Its made managing our low level purchases and expenses rally easy, which is invaluable given our organisation is mainly run on a voluntary basis. The new features added recently, especially the reporting functions mean add clear value. Thoroughly recommended.

Streamlined and Improved Service

Quick and easy to set up, with on-line almost immediate help available. Has streamlined and made our expenses process significantly easier to manage and clearer to view. Cards are delivered quickly and activation is a simple process. Feedback from users has been positive about it's ease of use and quick to view items such as available balance etc.

We have been using Expend for 4 months…

We have been using Expend for 4 months now and find it really great for capturing our bank card usage across the organisation.The app and dashboard are continually updated and change requests acted on.Yes we got a £10 amazon voucher to offer up this review, but we do like this product. And why 4 star? There are some changes being awaited for the iOS app re making individuals expenses claims to come, but its on the way... and 5 stars isnt sustainable ;)

Expend : Better Control and Visibility

Our company transferred our ad-hoc purchasing system to Expend and this has provided us an ideal method of financial control and tracking expenditure. The system confirms a transaction instantly and displays how much remaining budget an individual has. If a card is lost it can be blocked at a stroke. There was a recent system problem whicg limited transactions but the support team kept us updated throughout the repair.
