Must have for travelers.I can't speak about their support contact or whether if communication is good or bad, but this very useful software has been synching and unifying my notes between my laptop, phone and cloud during the last 3 months with no issues and making my life easier.The new scanning functionality can be a bit annoying (although interesting surely for some people) but it can be easily disabled so I don't see this as a negative.
