Not able to undo ctrl+z means lost of information

Evernote was excellent but it's changed...

Evernote was excellent when I first signed up 4 years ago, I really liked the 'Presentation Mode', however they have removed this feature recently and I'm not happy about that. I still use Evernote and I probably won't cancel it, because I use it to store information and access it on my Mac and iPhone.
