"Everlaw is a great product, much better than Relativity"
What do you like best about Everlaw? The user is in control. I am able to upload opposing party productions, create my own productions, and add issue codes. Other services require you to send requests to an admin team, which slows down the process and adds expense.

What do you like best about Everlaw? While it may seem overwhelming at first, there are tools to assist in all phases and types of discovery. If you get lost, the HELP feature is extremely valuable as well as calling the experts who are always available!

"From a paralegal's perspective, It is easy to cull searches and create binders on the fly."
What do you like best about Everlaw? When searching it is easy to add terms, and remove them, one by one. It is also easy to search via Bates, using dropdown prefixes, and then filling in numbers. Customer support is excellent. You get to talk to a real human that is familiar with the software and the usage from your perspective. I also like the big buttons on the bottom of the docs to move from one to the next.
