What do you like best? I am just beginning to use Everlaw, but from what I've experienced, the customer service is top notch, the platform is so very easy to use and has so many options to fit all of our e-discovery needs. Almost any question or issue I have has been easily solved by either searching their help option, which also has a very large amount of information and videos or by calling customer service. Everlaw is a helpful platform but some portions can be confusing and unintuitive.

What do you like best? I like the keyboard shortcuts and context panel. The ability to save things into binders is extremely helpful for presenting, which is what I use it for most often. I wish that there was a way to copy coding between families. I often find myself switching back to a previously reviewed document and then flipping to the one I'm on because the coding is complex and I don't want to forget anything. What do you like best? I like their great customer service and webinars. I like how easy it is to search, share, assign the work, keep track of the progress of the assignments. Best Platform

What do you like best? Everlaw is very user friendly. You don't have to be a computer wizard to use it but it still completes all the necessary work. What do you dislike? Nothing really. The only drawback is that the message feature doesn't say who said what, so communications can get lost in a chain. Modern and user friendly platform

What do you like best? Everlaw is intuitive and fast. I appreciate that it does not require much training to understand and that coding is easily adaptable for the particular project as you work through documents. I also appreciate that when I have an issue support is fast and helpful. The fact that I can self-administrate and have control over my data is nice. A FAST, easy-to-use review platform

What do you like best? Speed and interface are the best in class! What do you dislike? Predictive coding could be more assertive Recommendations to others considering the product: Give the interface a try when comparing to other platforms. Everlaw's speed is really impressive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everlaw allows me to easily and quickly assess and analyze hundreds of thousands of documents in litigation.

After trying various review platforms, Everlaw is by far superior.

What do you like best? Everlaw is extremely user friendly and easy to learn all of the various tricks and shortcuts. They offer multiple training opportunities for the different levels of your administration that are specific to the task you need assistance with. Ie: Document Review, Story Builder, Case Setup for Admins, etc. On top of the extensive scheduled training, there are also detailed training links that you can use to trouble shoot on your own. What do you like best? The Everlaw team is always available and quick to respond to my elementary-level questions. And they do so without a bit of judgment! The platform is intuitive with just the right number of bells and whistles. I never feel like I'm paying for bells and whistles that I never use. What do you dislike?
