Great customizable personalization experience

What do you like best? Building a campaign is easy for everyone. What do you dislike? There's currently no real way to automate a campaign. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many different people come to our site at different stages and this gives us the ability to speak to them in a relevant way. We're no longer shooting out one generic message to a group of people, we can make it as specific as we'd like.

What do you like best? The easy to share graphical statistics give a solid sense of reassurance that you are on the right path and provide an easy way to share with others.
