Love the granular targeting + Ability to test

What do you like best? We love that we can test creative with different audiences and different on-site events. The granularity is key for us, and provides data we use in other aspects of our marketing strategy. What do you dislike? We don't currently have any gripes about our work with Evergage. Powerful, effective and complex

What do you like best? Evergage is a very powerful tool that can do almost anything we need it to do. Their customer support is fantastic and has been a great partner in understanding our goals and how to use the tool to get there. We use it on our website and in our product. What do you dislike? The UI is pretty complex, so be prepared to invest in learning its capabilities and how to use it. The message WYSIWYG editor is pretty sad, so we just edit our messages in HTML. Recommendations ...

Great integration that allows our product/marketing team to understand our customers.

What do you like best? Ability to design survey's and in-app messaging without development effort on the product. What do you dislike? Our initial datasets/integration was not done too well and so we need to revisit it and redesign it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Surveys, marketing announcements are easy and out of the box.

What do you like best? I found Evergage so much easier to integrate than other personalization software that I have used. It provided usable information almost immediately.
