What do you like best about eSkill? I like that I can create custom questions from various skill sets. I was able to probe many different areas that were of interest to us and I really got to see a holistic view of the candidate.

What do you like best about eSkill? It's been great that we have so many types of tests that we are able to use for specific tools, positions, or desired skill sets. It has also been helpful to have a question bank so that we are able to choose questions to put together new tests with questions that we prefer if needed. What do you like best about eSkill? The thing I liked best was the feature where the questions could be separated either by job or skills. Which allowed me to hone in on making a test that tested a large variety of skills that better suited the specific job I was testing the candidate on.

What do you like best about eSkill? eSkill is a tool that I use daily. I like the fact that I can create my own assessments that are tailored to each specific program I am recruiting for. It is very easy to use and the reporting feature is very helpful in determining if I need to swap out questions.
