What do you like best about eSkill? For all of the applicants that say they have a skill set, we will learn from the test that we created if they do have the skills. I also like that I can create my own tests. They also give you an easy to use ranking.

"eSkills Skills Testing Review"
What do you like best about eSkill? The ability to customize the tests. My favorite piece of the assessment is being able to access a user's mult-task ability with the timed interactive assessment questions. This helps when hiring technical customer service roles as they would be on the phone and using multiple systems while speaking to the customers. It allows for us to see if a candidate would be able to handle the fast-paced environment.
