What do you like best about eSkill? I liked that you can customize eskill with the content that you wish to test a candidate. The report function was very helpful in providing a visual of how the candidate did and where their proficiencies were.

What do you like best about eSkill? This has been a great tool for hiring. We particularly have found knowledge tests (for example for finance or HR) useful, as well as the detail-orientation aspect. It's helpful for testing specific skills like Excel or Data Entry. Once you get used to it, it's easy to use, very easy to send out. We haven't had any issues with candidates being confused on how to use it.
