We are a retained search firm using PCR

What do you like best? I like the interface and capture function with LinkedIn. What do you dislike? It seems designed for staffing firms, we've had to modify the components to be used in a retained search scenario. Everytime you update the candidate record, it becomes an activity so if you are looking for specific notes, it becomes a bit of a scavenger hunt. If you put the first and last name in for a search, you never find the person; you have to look by either first or ...

PCR Review- Recruiting Researcher and Admin

What do you like best? Rollups make my job so much easier and far more organized. I also like being able to customize candidate info preferences and the simple Notes function. What do you dislike? I do not like having character limits to rollup titles or candidate job titles. I think there should be more possible link options for candidate profiles. I also hate that autofill wont fill generic city states, but instead attempts to fill specific addresses from other companies/people. ...

Great Potential but Too Rigid

What do you like best? PCR is responsive to user ideas and suggestions for improvement. The software is web-based so no need to download and install a large file. They have great tool extensions that substantially decreases the time spent navigating and updating records. The activity recorded is highly customizable to make result tracking easier. What do you dislike? PCR's infrastructure is segregated and rigid so it takes a lot of clicks and navigation to do basically anything in ...

Very well loaded Applicant Tracking and CRM software

What do you like best? PCR is an easy to use, user friendly software system for recruiting and client management. They have an excellent online wisdom base where most answers can be found easily. Once you learn the basic lingo it's easy to use and customize. Unlimited company centric codes and terms can be added allowing you to essentially develop your entire database around what's important to you. What do you dislike? There's not much we don't like - at times there are major roll ...

In integrated well into LinkedIn and RingCentral which saves me a lot of time in data entry. The new email campaign makes it easy to see who opened my outbound email and would be more interested in having a campaign. What do you dislike? I have been very happy with it. No real ...

Our online safe storage of over 270,000 contacts!

What do you like best? Live customer service and training! (There is also online help which is very good.) We often have a lot going on and it's very important that if we have an issue or need a hint/tip on how to proceed with something we're not trained on, the PCR crew is always eager to help. What do you dislike? Our version is not integrated with e-mail. This is a step we've voluntarily avoided due to additional cost and complexity. (This "dislike" pertains strictly to our ...
