Overall Solid ATS with Room to Grow

What do you like best? Clean user interface; candidate and recruiter activities are automatically recorded under corresponding name, company, and position records; built in email application accessible directly from database; can copy user settings directly from one user to another; responsive customer support What do you dislike? Feature requests often go months/years without being implemented; slow load times/lag over the weekend due to updates/backups, and times of ...

Can do better

What do you like best? Roll-ups and everything about them (stage, plans, etc) What do you dislike? Parsing abilities. While better than entering everything manually, it still need us to do a lot to fill in the blanks or edits Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely give it a try and see if it fits your needs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying on top of candidates. It is much easier to keep ...

Gets the job done well, but could be more intuitive

What do you like best? The ability to import from social media and job boards is huge. I like the pipeline setup a lot and how it can be imported into quick books What do you dislike? the fact that customizing reports always causes a glitch or that roll up codes and pipeline codes don't match up, requires duplicate coding all over the place Recommendations to others considering the product: having live refresh pages for pipeline and roll up / pipeline codes that are a match ...

Good Tracker

What do you like best? PCR is very intuitive and easy to use. Very easily picked up What do you dislike? PCR is a little slow at times when trying to get into a large roll up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More organized recruiting process and can easily track processes Response from Andrew Rothman of PCRecruiter edit Thank you for your review of PCR! We're glad it's helping to keep you organized. Large rollups ...

Does what is needed, but I really miss SalesForce

What do you like best? It has some cool features where you can send an email that will delete itself where you can see when it is viewed, but our team has not been trained on how to use the feature. It does effecitvely store information for candidate interviews and the text is search queryable. They have recently implemented a feature where you can click on a resume based on a key word search that is highlighted in the resume which is nice. What do you dislike? I have used ...

Lots of features, little intuition

What do you like best? I like: - Easy to navigate tabs - Rarely crashes - Optimizes search results by most recently edited - LinkedIn quick add feature - Recent mobile app update is nice What do you dislike? - (#1 issue) non-intuitive, outdated interface. Figuring things out is a pain and things are not located where you'd expect them. - Clunky and inefficient Outlook extension - Slow - No ability to have two informational tabs open at once for a ...

Great with Streamlining Activities

What do you like best? Great for candidate relations and keeping everything in the pipeline simple. it is easy to use and a great value for a company no matter what size. Hiring in faster and reports are concise. This ATS helps the interview process to be expedient and for us to keep concise tracking for our data. Having the templates make the system easier and faster for recruiters to schedule interview, sourcing, and onboard candidates. What do you dislike? There are time that ...

Principal & DIrector

What do you like best? I have been using PCR since 2010 and searching our database is easy and efficient. There are many attributes of PCR available, but we don't take advantage of them all. What do you dislike? Can be challenging at times to run reports and a few more steps needed to uncover some of the desired information. Can seem a bit "clunky" at first. I have seen other ATS's that have a "cleaner look" but may not offer as much. Recommendations to others ...

PCR is a great CRM software that is always evolving for the better, and has served our needs well.

What do you like best? That you are always willing to make changes, if that means they will help our business! What do you dislike? There are a lot of steps to the program, to do small tasks. I wish that there were ways to better "shortcut" day to day things within PCR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are way more organized as a company because of PCR. Things are tracked better, emails are noted, and visually, it's easier to ...

Wonderful ATS with tons of capabilities that keep on coming!

What do you like best? The ability to organize candidates efficiently is wonderful! They are constantly looking for ways to improve based on customers' needs. The customer service and tech team are the best! No matter how small, the help desk is willing to help with a consistently wonderful and professional attitude. What do you dislike? I guess a "downside" is that someone cannot go into PCRecruiter and figure it out within minutes. Training is essential to get the most out of ...
