What do you like best about Epic? I love that it is easy to use. And the support offered with the system. What do you dislike about Epic? What do you like best about Epic? What I like are the check boxes on the side that allow one to verify that specific actions have been done with the patients check in process. The legend shown for each representation of color is also nice to remind us where patients are in the process to help gauge time for those in the waiting room. What do you dislike about Epic? What do you like best about Epic? I enjoy being able to check insurances in seconds. I enjoy the scheduling they use. I enjoy having access to more records right away. What do you dislike about Epic? I dislike the staff messages that appear right away even if there for future dates. I dislike that not every office uses it so I don't have access everywhere. Reliable health-related solution

PROS: There is so much data to deal with in the healthcare industry and Epic is doing a wonderful job in organizing it. It is reliable even though it crashes a lot. CONS: It would be great if there are extensive documentation and interactive learning resources so that it is easier for users to get around the system.

What do you like best about Epic? Epic is easy to maneuver through and I like how you can do the same thing a couple different way. What do you dislike about Epic? Too many clicks. I also don't like when changes are made without notification or input from those who are in the field. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?
