The best tool for creating FAQs
Engati has changed the way I perceived chatbots. I assumed most were rules-based and that I would have to create a conversation flow for every question I receive. And I thought I had to create flows for each iteration of the question as well! But with Engati, it learns instantly. All I did was upload my FAQ document, and it just learnt everything. It pulls all of the relevant answers. It's truly amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone struggling to create an interactive FAQ page!
