What do you like best about EngageWith? The tools give a timely reminder to engage with my colleagues. This is very helpful since we get too involved in our work that sidelines peer engagement. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Nothing as such from my experience, to be honest. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? When we are working remotely, it is difficult to appreciate my colleagues, and this is where the tools come in handy.

I wish there were more brands available to redeem a voucher from. The partnerships with multiple brands can definitely be increased. The best part is I am not just able to thank colleagues who supported me during the course of the week but also reward them instantly with redeemable points which they can use to their liking :) What do you dislike about EngageWith? What do you like best about EngageWith? The fact that Engage with is simple and it is associated with most of the top shelf applications. What do you dislike about EngageWith? What do you like best about EngageWith? Really use to recognize team efforts and give shoutouts. This keeps the team motivated. What do you dislike about EngageWith? The personalized notifications can be a little overwhelming so maybe tweaking this on a user level can be helpful. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognizing top performers and calling them out for being AWESOME

What do you like best about EngageWith? We have been using EngageWith to give a shoutout to bring org-wide and cross-functional visibility for the job well done. People have been catching on to this trend and are openly accepting and recognising the help, coaching, assistance and mentorship they have received from colleagues, leads, and stakeholders What do you dislike about EngageWith? Tiering of shoutout and kudos. This could be just agnostic. Also, shoutouts can be multi-select in case ...

What do you like best about EngageWith? You can easily give appreciation to employees, and have it mean something financially too. They will remember it as a result! What do you dislike about EngageWith? It's a bit hard to understand the flow to grant rewards at times. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving recognition to employees and making them feel appreciated
