What do you like best about EngageWith? It helps to make easy coupons redeemable, easy to use for newbies also What do you dislike about EngageWith? Need more channels to redeem coins, like apparel, e-commerce, and other new brands. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps recognize the person you want and appreciate them by sending some tokens, which they can redeem easily.

What do you like best about EngageWith? Best way to engage team members in appreciating each other's hard work and achievements. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Should have a larger bank of appropriate images/gif for the appreciation as after a point, it becomes repetative and boring seeing same images/gifs. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps engage team members with each other and appreciate each other for their hard work and achivements.

"Nice way to recognize your colleagues."
What do you like best about EngageWith? You can recognize your colleagues whenever they go extra mile to help you or for the growth of the company. What do you dislike about EngageWith? We can only purchase vouchers only. There should be an option to get the points transferred as money to the bank account. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps the employees motivated, and they are ready to go extra mile to get recognitaion.

"Gamified way to show team appreciation"
What do you like best about EngageWith? I like the reminders we receive to show appreciation; helps to keep team appreciation on the top of the mind. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Not everyone within the organization takes the effort to engage. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? We had an issue with low engagement within the team, especially in the era of remote working, and appreciation was going unheard and unsaid. EngageWith helps incentivize that.
