Great support response The support staff is very reachable and helpful. You are talking to a real person an not a bot. Engagebay is great all-in-one marketing and CRM solution for our small software business.

Better the HubSpot and SalesForce at a fraction of the cost
I've used several different CRM systems over the years. EngageBay is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the rest. For a fraction of the cost of HubSpot and Salesforce, you get a robust product and tremendous customer support (Bob Smith is the man!) My only compliant is that I didn't start using EB sooner !

Excellent Support! Great CRM for Small Businesses.
The availability, helpfulness, and promptness of the support staff alone stands in stark contrast to the support provided by other CRM's I have used. Our company originally used HubSpot, but as a small business we were simply pay-walled out of too many features. With the exception of some minor inconveniences, Engagebay seems to provide everything a small business needs at a fraction of the cost. I like their support
I like their support. They are reachable on a single click of a button and they are very fast in responding. We get support even on wekeends. Support is what needed at times when we stuck. Apart from that it has all the features that are needed for me.
