A productive move from Hubspot
We moved over from Hubspot and I'm really happy with the platform. EngageBay has a strong and growing feature set and they don't limit you on custom fields which is a really big deal for us. We use the EngageBay API and their Zapier integration extensively. The chat support has been great, very knowledgeable and patient with anything I was not sure how to do, they walked me through it. I'm a fan.

Great customer service
Great customer service! I've been very happy with EngageBay since switching from Active Campaign. Not only is it much more affordable for my business, their support is quick and very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Problems with Link attaching to QR…
Very happy with my online chat experience! I was having difficulties with the customizations I made to the landing page show up on an QR code that I was attaching the link to. The goal was to attach the link to the QR code, then put that QR code on my business card.The issue started when I scanned the QR code from my phone, none of the customizations would show up and I was totally confused. The link opened up just fine with all of the customizations when I opened on my iPad however not on ...

I'm glad I found Engage Bay!
I'm glad I found Engage Bay! It's a combination of good things: good pricing, CRM + Marketing tools, good support response. Everything I want to do within the platform, I can. As a Sales and Marketing manager, it's very good to be able to see both of my teams on the same platform. I really recommend for mid size companies that need a reliable marketing tool.

Value for money
So far I have found this CRM platform to be amazingly simple to set up and navigate. Almost daily I find some new feature, benefit or integration that reinforces the value for money that EngageBay is. Customer service is very prompt, knowledable and efficient.
