What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Tracking new hires and open enrollment; plan details, rates and contributions, as well as supporting documents; ACA and onboarding documentation - everything we need is easily accessible, from anywhere, in one place. Employee Navigator makes our job much easier.

"A Flexible and Simple HRIS / Benefits Administration system"
What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Ease of use is clearly the overriding theme in the design of this software. From the start, the system walks the user through the complete process of on-boarding. The flexibility of the system allows us to completely customize the on-boarding process. This system also in capable of integrating with a large number of third party vendors, from payroll to insurance carriers to COBRA administration, making benefits administration simple and efficient.

"Employee Navigator Platform is user friendly, efficient & meets multiple Employer and Broker needs."
What do you like best about Employee Navigator? The system's ability to integrate with so many carriers and vendors is probably one of the features I like the best. The seamless process of generating 1094-1095s for the Employer is a valuable perk. But what I like best is the Service and quick responsiveness of Management and all Employees to resolve any issues that are encountered when using the system.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Employee Navigator is easy to use but handles very complex insurance policy options that many other competitors don't address. They are also constantly updating.
